We have bought numerous new trailers. This was, by far, the best experience we have had. What I thought was going to be a logistical nightmare turned out to be the complete opposite. From my first conversation with my salesman Keith and thru my conversations with Bernardo in finance, everything happened as they said it would. Our walk thru with Jose was as informative as we hoped, and the minor items we asked to be fixed were all taken care of. The next day Adolfo delivered and helped set up the new trailer. He spent nearly 2 hours working with us to get it placed perfectly in a very tight lot. The next day we had an issue with the water heater. Jim had someone from service call me and we were able to get it going over the phone. Epic's price on the trailer was the best in the nation. Their offer for my trade was excellent the first time, I didn't need to spend hours arguing over money. We set a schedule, and they kept to it. Everyone we worked with were incredible. I will recommend Epic to anyone who is looking, and I live 900 miles away!

From start to finish, this was smooth and painless transaction. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable and sincerely took the time to help me get exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived to pick it up, Danny did a complete walkthrough to explain all the features my RV has as well as tips & tricks he has learned from others. That was so above and beyond. We bought our first toy hauler from Jim and the guys here at epic rv. When we picked it up we were a given a packet of manuals and information along with a cell phone number to reach the owner Jim at anytime 24 hours a day if we had a problem with the trailer. The first time out we had a problem with the fridge I called Jim and let him know what was going on. He put me on with one of the service techs and began troubleshooting. We came to realize it was the circuit board inside the fridge and we had to bring it in to get replaced. We decided to go on the trip and use an ice chest for the food and stuff. On our last day I called Jim and asked if we could bring it by so they can take a look, he said no problem. I showed up at 4:00 p.m., 1/2 hour before they closed and 2 service guys came in diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. We were back on the road in 25 min. Seems a lot of these places lack on customer service these days, but epic rv sets the bar high. I would highly recommended these guys based on customer service, integrity, and the willingness to back the products they sell.
